Questions
Before you book
How long does a ceramic coating take?
Plan for one to two days. Most of that time is prep — wash, decontamination and paint correction — followed by application and a controlled cure. Rushing any of it is what makes coatings fail early.
Ceramic or graphene — which one do I need?
Ceramic gives you hardness, gloss and strong water beading at a lower cost. Graphene adds better heat dissipation, less water spotting and a slicker, deeper look, so it suits dark colours and cars parked outdoors. We'll recommend based on where the car lives, not on margin.
Does a coating mean my car can't get scratched?
No, and anyone who says otherwise is selling. A coating resists swirls, chemicals and UV, and makes washing far easier. For stone chips and deeper scratches you need paint protection film.
Will I be able to see the film on my car?
On a proper fit, no. The film is optically clear and the edges are wrapped around panel lips rather than cut on the visible face. Badly fitted PPF shows lifted edges and trapped dirt lines — that's a fitting problem, not a film problem.
How do I maintain a coated car?
pH-neutral shampoo, two-bucket method, no automatic brush washes. Come in every six months for an inspection and top-up so the warranty stays valid — the first one is on us with the Shield package.
Do you offer pickup and drop?
Yes, within Tellapur, Nallagandla, Gopanpally, Kollur and the surrounding stretch of the Outer Ring Road. Ask when you book.
Can I watch the work being done?
Absolutely. Customers are welcome in the viewing area, and we send progress photos on WhatsApp through the day.
